These terms include important information you need to know before you book with us.

Please ensure that you and all members of your party read and understand these Terms before you submit your booking. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read these terms and conditions and agree to them.

Except where otherwise stated, these booking conditions only apply to the UK packages which you book with us in the UK and which we agree to make, provide or perform as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “travel”  “accommodation”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated.

In these booking conditions, “you” and “your” “customer”  means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them, as the context requires and “lead name” means the person who makes the booking. “We”, “us” and “our” means UKMG

Third Party Bookings

When taking bookings for or otherwise arranging Accommodation and/or Travel Services UKMG will be acting as an agent and the relevant Third Party Supplier will be responsible for providing the Accommodation and/or Travel Services to the Customer. UKMG will not be responsible for any default or failure in any supply by any Third Party Supplier or for any loss, claim, cost, damage or injury incurred by the Customer or any Passenger (directly or indirectly) as a result of the acts or omissions of the Third Party Supplier.

By making a booking, you will be entering into a legally binding contract with the relevant Third Party Supplier in respect of the Accommodation and/or Travel Services to be provided by such Third Party Supplier. The contract for the Accommodation and/or Travel Services will be subject to the terms and conditions of that Third Party Supplier.

Where holiday packages overseas are booked with UKMG your contract will be with any third party holiday providers if you book with them as the principal provider, although the relevant terms of our own booking conditions will also apply you shall be deemed to have accepted their terms and conditions. Third party supplier’s terms and conditions can be found on their websites, and we can also provide you with a copy at the time of booking, upon request.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and any such changes will apply in relation to any new Bookings Requests submitted after the changes are posted on the website, at the Locations or otherwise brought to your attention. Please read the Terms each time you submit a Booking Request to ensure you understand the Terms which will apply at that time as submission of a Booking Request shall signify that you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of Terms.

Making a booking

In order to submit a Booking Request, you will need to complete a booking form either on the website, over the phone or at our office. The booking form process allows you to check and amend any errors before you submit the Booking Request to us. Please take the time to read and check your booking at each stage of the booking process, as it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct information. If you have made the Booking Request via the telephone, we will read back your details to you so that you can confirm that they are correct.

Our acceptance of your Booking Request is our absolute discretion and will only take place once we issue an email confirming your booking containing a booking reference number or where an email hasn’t been provided written confirmation via the post. This written confirmation shall signify that we have accepted your Booking Request, subject to these Terms.

Conditions of booking

By making a Booking Request you confirm that:

You are over 18. You have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf. If the booking made does not include yourself that there is at least one person in your party that is at least over 18 at the time of the stay. You accept these Terms and you agree that you will be responsible for any loss or damage caused by you, any member of your party accompanying you. Our Contract binds you, the person named on the booking confirmation and all members of your party, including children and any day visitors. You must ensure that all members of your party are aware of, and accept these Terms. Our Contract continues until the last member of your party has left the Location, including any extension to your stay and for such time afterwards as may be necessary.

The maximum number of people occupying your accommodation must not exceed the number shown in the particulars of the booking.

Booking duration

Bookings are subject to minimum stay requirements, according to the type of break that you choose. If you have to cut your booking short for any reason, we cannot give you a refund under our Terms.


You will pay to us the price of your holiday as set out online or as quoted by our Holiday Advisors at the time that you submit your Booking Request. Prices vary depending on the time of the year.

The Prices Include:

The use of your accommodation for the maximum number of guests we indicate and any other amenities or services described as included in the price of your break in the information provided to you on our website which may vary depending on the type of package you book.

Prices do not include any additional services, features and facilities unless they have been specifically included as part of a promotion to your booking. Additional services, features and facilities such as cycle hire, etc you should establish separate arrangements with those external providers. Please note that any activities that are booked by you with external providers, UK shall have no responsibility for loss, damage or injury in relation to any services, features or facilities provided or supplied by third parties.

Price adjustments, promotions and discounted offers are introduced at our discretion and are subject to availability. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounted offer and may be withdrawn at any time prior to the Contract being formed.


Terms of payment are subject to which holiday package selected and dates booked.

Prior to the start date of your holiday, we will request a deposit to be paid to secure your booking per accommodation per short break/week. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. The balance of the full payment due must be paid in full prior to the start date of your holiday. If we do not receive the full payment from you by the due date, we will treat this as a cancellation of the booking and you will forfeit the total cost of any payments made to date.

Whether you pay a deposit or the full payment for your holiday, in both cases we have a strict non-refundable policy.

Payment for bookings can be made by Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit Card, either online or over the telephone. We do not accept cheques.

Mobility requirements and special requests

We have accommodation specially adapted for mobility difficulties. Please make enquiries as to their availability and suitability before booking. Please note that if you are able bodied and book the specially adapted accommodation without needing its facilities, you may be asked to move to an alternative accommodation in order to accommodate a guest who does require the facilities provided.

If you have a preference for a particular accommodation or location, please let us know at the time of booking. We will wherever possible, try to meet your requirements subject to availability and payment, however, we cannot guarantee your preference at the time of booking and cannot accept bookings on this basis.

Features and Services

Information about features, facilities and services at your holiday location, is, to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate at the time of publication on the website, however, UKMG cannot guarantee that these services, facilities and features will be available during your holiday.

Spa Break Hot Tub Swimming, Sauna & Steam Rooms, Gym

Any adults and children using the hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms, gym and their changing rooms and facilities do so at their own risk and UKMG cannot be responsible for any accidents. In view of this, we particularly ask parents to be vigilant and to acquaint themselves with the rules of facilities provided.

1. Children between 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. You should consult your doctor before use if you are receiving medical attention or have a long-term illness.

3. Avoid using the hot tub if you have eaten a large meal, are pregnant, or are on medication. Only use the hot tub after seeking medical advice if you have a condition that is affected by heat, for example, a heart condition or high or low blood pressure.

4. You should get out of the tub if you start feeling unwell, uncomfortable, giddy or faint.

Halal Catering Services 

We provide a Halal Catering Service.  If you wish to book this added feature to your booking we will require 3 weeks notice prior to the start of the holiday. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance.

Cancellation and changes to your booking

Changes made by you

Please be aware we do not give refunds. If you wish to transfer your booking to another person and/or date, we will use our reasonable endeavours to satisfy your request wherever possible, but we shall be under no obligation to do so.

Cancellation by you

Please note that you are fully agreeing to our terms and condition’s once you pay the deposit or full amount of the holiday, so please read the terms and conditions thoroughly as there are strictly no concessions, no refunds.

Changes made by us

Occasionally, we have to make changes to bookings. Whilst we endeavour to avoid making major changes, we reserve the right to do so in exceptional circumstances. This might include offering you one of the following:

Change to accommodation

If the level of accommodation that you booked is unavailable, we will in the first instance endeavour to accommodate you with an alternative.

Changes in date

If the date of the booking is unavailable, we may offer you alternative holiday dates.

Changes in price

All prices are subject to change without notice. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your holiday, except where you have failed to make full payment on time, we will offer you the choice of a full refund of all monies paid to us or the option of re-booking your holiday at a comparable standard with you paying any additional cost in respect to the price difference.

Please note that any refunds due can only be made by the original payment method.

Your responsibilities when on Location

In placing a Booking Request you agree that you and your party will at all times comply with requests of the holiday Representatives.


As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the Location.

You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party. Please show consideration to other guests, our representative and the Location. Noisy or disruptive behaviour, especially after 10 pm, wilful damage to the Location or accommodation or other behaviour considered by us to be inappropriate may result in us asking you or a member of your party to leave the Location immediately. No refunds or compensation will be given in these instances, and we reserve the right to claim compensation for damages or inconvenience caused.

To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

UKMG does not support or fuel any conflict in regards to political thoughts or propaganda of any kind in respect of differences in religion, culture, age, colour, convictions, disability, ethnicity, family status, marital status, nationality or race.  You or anyone in your party displaying disruptive behaviour in this regard towards other guests, our representatives and the Location will be asked to leave immediately.  No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances.  We also reserve the right to claim compensation for any inconvenience caused.


Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times in the accommodation, on the Location and during activities. Please ensure that your children are supervised at all times.


On your day of departure, please leave your accommodation in a good state of cleanliness.

The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Please make sure your holiday representative is aware of any breakages or damage caused during your stay. UKMG shall be entitled to charge you for any costs or expenses it incurs as a result of any breakage or damage or a failure by you to leave the cabin in a clean and tidy condition.


Please note that smoking is not permitted in any accommodation.


If you have a complaint about anything during your holiday please raise it with a member of our staff immediately and if you wish to pursue it following your departure please write to us within 28 days of your departure. However, we do suggest that you try and complete a report about the complaint while you are on holiday.

Due to data protection, we are only able to discuss the complaint and booking details with the lead booker.

Information about you

We are committed to keeping your Personal Information safe and confidential both online and offline. Please take time to read through our Privacy and Cookies Policy, to ensure you are aware of how UKMG obtains and uses your information and how we keep it safe.


We shall not be liable for the death or injury of any person named in the booking form or for any loss or damage to property of any such person. Your vehicles, their contents and accessories, your luggage and personal belongings are left entirely at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss from or damage to any vehicle from any cause whatsoever. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details shown on this website are correct, the company cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or the results thereof.

We are not responsible for anything which adversely affects your holiday which occurs due to events which are outside of our control (i.e. that we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided). Such circumstances include (amongst others) war, civil unrest, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, foot and mouth disease. We will endeavour to manage any problems caused as a result of such an event but shall not be liable to you for any losses caused by such event.

When we refer, in these Terms, to “in writing”, this will include e-mail.

Other Important Information

Any photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our promotional material or on the website, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of our Locations and the services. All due care and diligence are exercised in the production of such information, and information concerning accommodation and their facilities has been compiled as accurately as possible and has been checked at the time of going to press. However, there may be a time when certain amenities are temporarily not available or that a facility we have described may have been modified or is not available. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, unsuitable weather conditions, the necessity for maintenance or redecoration.

This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its Terms.

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
