Fajr prayer is the first obligated prayer of the day and has a lot of benefits.

Wake up for Fajr prayer every day and start sleeping early each night. When you give time to your Creator, He will make sure you have time to perform all your worldly activities.
Break the Cycle of Procrastination
Do you procrastinate? As harmless as it may seem procrastination can cause a lot of damage to your time. Do you remain unproductive for long hours of the day scrolling continuously through your social networks; streaming through endless videos on YouTube and Instagram? These are common signs of procrastination. If your procrastination is out of hand, take active steps, log out for a while and set a routine in place to help you stay on track and maintain balance.
